Crew chief: Crew Leader with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and give 100% customer satisfaction. Computer literacy a must. Need valid driver's license and working transportation. Prior experience in the industry, willing to get SERVPRO specific training to excel in the field.
Production Helper: Responsibilities include assisting the production crew chief in jobs, equipment maintenance, and other various duties involved with the production crew. Physical requirements include heavy lifting, strenuous physical work, willing to work in hot, uncomfortable environments, no respiratory problems.
Must also be able to read road and street maps, perform basic arithmetic functions, operate and maintain equipment, and have basic skills enabling to read and interpret product labels, invoices, and procedural manuals.
Marketing Representative: Communication and social skills are the greatest asset of the marketing rep. He or She must be able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing. The marketing rep will also need to learn SERVPRO services and production processes to be able to explain their features, advantages, and benefits. Must be computer literate with good organization and planning skills. The sales rep should be persuasive and inspiring, flexible in changing goals and priorities, cares about people, and able to adapt to different situations . He or she must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record.
Administrative assistant: The Administrative Assistant must be proficient in most aspects of office work: filing, data entry, customer relations, telemarketing, advertising, and sales. They must also have good organizational and planning skills. The assistant must also have good computer skills, good math and English skills, good communication skills, and skills in business accounting. High school diploma is required past experience in office work is a plus.
Estimator: Experienced in the insurance claims industry, familiar with estimating software, good people skills and sales experience. Must also be willing to work independently, and as part of a team. Should be detail oriented, able to following specific requirements to develop a complete and accurate estimate for cleanup, and restored damaged properties.
